This whole process is cumbersome, taking days and sometimes weeks longer than necessary and is consequently being replaced more and more by digital work.  During Clinton's Presidency, a digital signature was given the same binding effect as a wet signature.  With this in mind, Elixir Labs has chosen to handle all business transactions online to keep the pace the business world now requires. The contract is specific to the client and the terms agreed upon. To ensure verification of identity, the user is asked for a password to access the contract and also to provide a unique code to make the contract valid.
