  BabyMania’s Low Price Guarantee

 We will beat by 5% all internet advertised prices for baby bedding and other products! * Please note that any shipping charges will be included in calculating the total cost of an advertised item. Additional discounts do not apply. Price Match Quotes are void if competitor’s prices change prior to order being placed. Price Match must be verifiable at time of purchase. You must place a phone order or e-mail us to take advantage of this offer.
 
*PLEASE NOTE: Our low-price guarantee only applies to identical items - that means:

1. New, factory-sealed products
2. Same  brand, style, and pattern
3. Available and in stock at a retailer authorized by the manufacturer.

Our guarantee is good for up to two identical items offered at the lower price for four or more days. Shipping and handling rates charged by other retailers are considered part of the total price. Our guarantee does not apply to manufacturers' rebates, closeouts, clearance items, or published prices that are inaccurate because of typographical errors. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this low-price guarantee at any time.

 

•   Closeout Sales:

Items marked  “sale” and “closeout items”  are discounted to a low closeout sale price therefore this items are non-returnable for both exchange or refund purposes.

  Returns

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt of your product. We will be happy to replace the item, issue a store credit, or a credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of your package.

BabyMania.com can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resale condition and that have received a Return Authorization Number. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used will not be eligible for refund. You will have 15 days upon receipt of the product to send it back to us. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are not refundable even if your order was purchased with a free shipping offer. If you purchased the items with a free shipping special, the full shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Special ordered items, including all beddings and accessories, furniture, clothing, piggy banks, animal throphies , stuffed animals, car seats, strollers, and all the items that is not currently in stock, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. 
 

BabyMania’s Easy Return Policy Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any item for any reason within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charge and a 30% restocking charge.

FABRIC SOLD BY THE YARD IS NOT RETURNABLE

  Damaged Items
  
  If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Simply call our customer service department at (801)-766-6668 or e-mail us at customerservice@BabyMania.com and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one. All damaged products will be “exchange only”.

 
How Do I Return Something?

Please e-mail us at www.customerservice@BabyMania.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please be prepared to provide the following information:

Order number
Product name and small description
Reason for return
Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

When shipping your return, please write the RMA# on the front of your box.

Make sure that you insure the package for the amount of your purchase. We recommend to use UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post when shipping your return back to us. BabyMania.com will be not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. We will only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.

Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

  Special Order Policy
  
  All bedding, bedding accessories, and furniture items are ordered directly from the manufacturer on a per-customer basis and are considered special order products. Some special order items can take up to 8 weeks for delivery, but we must charge our customer's credit card at the time that the order is placed with us.
  
  Returns and cancellations are subject to a 30% special order restocking fee. To avoid this fee, an order must be cancelled prior to the order being shipped from the manufacturer. All fabric and personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been sent to the manufacturer.

  For a limited time only, BabyMania.com has Free Shipping for all bedding orders over $99.00 on beddings and other selected products, (All other products excluded), within the 48 Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not included in this offer . The $9.95 FEE DOES NOT APPLY TO THESE  LOCATIONS.  Additional shipping charges will apply outside of the Continental U.S.

    Shipping
    
    Some of our products are special ordered from the manufacturer and are subject to our Special Order Policy. Each item has it own shipping time (2-8 weeks) and shipping method; usually UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Most of the Da Vinci cribs will be shipped by DH. Please be assured that if your order can be filled and shipped sooner, it will be, but please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive before calling to track it.

   
  BabyMania.com can ship to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, Canada or any other international addresses .The shipping charges will be different and any shipping special is not valid for these locations.

   

  •   Refusal of Delivery
    
    If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred (not the discount rates, but the full shipping charges) by BabyMania.com. Once the package is received back in our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you and a 30% restocking fee. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appeared to be damaged in transit to the purchasers location.

    Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
    
    Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, which allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

    Changing or Canceling an Order
    
    If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason please contact us by calling 801-766-6668 or by e-mailing us at customerservice@BabyMania.com. Within the same business day, your order will be cancel it free of any charges. After that, we will do all that we can to cancel or change the order with the manufacturer but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it from being shipped. If the order is shipped, it then qualifies as a Return. Please see the Return Policy for details.

    Gift Certificates
    
    You can redeem a BabyMania.com Gift Certificate at any time for any of our thousands of products. Just place your order and when you are checking out you will be prompted to enter your Gift Certificate code. The amount of your gift certificate will be automatically deducted from your order! You can use a credit card to cover any additional amount in excess of the gift certificate amount.
    
    Gift certificates must be redeemed at our web site - www.BabyMania.com.
    Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
    Remaining amount of Gift Certificate can be used on your next purchase. You must use the same gift certificate code.
    If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
    Gift certificates expire one year after issuance.
